After the implementation of IT 2.0 in all post offices across India, post offices have to sell stamps in the APT Portal Only.

Sale Stamps in Post Office under IT 2.0 Environment
All stamps are now stored in the Treasury Module of all post offices.
The counter has to request stamps from the Treasury to receive them for sale purposes.
Stamps request in booking solution at Counter
First, counter PA needs to raise the stamps request from the counter to the treasury using the option Booking > Counter Operations > Inventory Request Stamps.
Process Stamp request in Treasury
Once the stamps request raised by the Counter PA, Treasury operator needs to process the request in the Treasury Module and issue the stamps to counter against the request using the option Treasury > Stamps/Stationary > Process Issue/Receipt.
Receive Stamps in Booking Solution at Counter
The concerned counter PA who raised stamps request needs to receive the stamps at the counter in booking solution using the option Booking Solution > Counter Operation > Inventory Request Stamps Option > Receive Stamps from Inventory > Accept the stock.
View Stock of Stamps
After acceptance of stamps, please check the stamps balance in the option Booking Solution > Counter Operation > View Inventory.
This will show the total of available stamps with the counter. Also, it will show the classification of stamps, whether it is philately or not.
Sale Stamps at the post office Counter
Now the Counter PA needs to check for the sale of stamps using the option Booking Solution > Retail Service > Stamp Sale.
If the desired stock of stamps is not found, please check in the option Booking Solution > Retail Service > Philately Stamps Sale.
Depending on the category or classification of the stamps, they will be made available in the relevant page, i.e., Stamps Sale or Philately Stamps.
