The Postal Directorate issued the Diwali Bonus Order on 15.10.2025 in accordance with the approval of the Finance Ministry.

According to the Post Office Department below, the formula calculates bonuses for GDS.

GDS Diwali Bonus amount = Average TRCA X Number of days of bonus/30.4

Bonus Calculation for Postal Employees

According to the Post Office Department, the following formula is used to calculate bonuses for post office employees

Bonus amount = Average emoluments X Number of days of bonus/30.4

7000 X 60/30.4 = 13816/-

So, the bonus for postal employees for the year 2025 is equal to 13816 Rupees only.
